At SHARKNETIC, we want you to be completely satisfied. If not, here are our return and refund policies.

Right of voluntary return

You have 30 days after receiving the product to return it to us, at your expense, without justification. The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return in case of defect or error

In case of defective product or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and attach supporting photos.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the return, a refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days via the payment method used when ordering.
