General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products on the website www.sharknetic.ch. Any order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. Products

The products offered are described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractually binding.

2. Price

Product prices are displayed by default in Swiss Francs (CHF) for customers located in Switzerland. For international customers, the site also offers prices in Euros (€) for Europe (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, European Union) and in US Dollars ($) for the rest of the world.

SHARKNETIC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

3. Order

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A confirmation will be sent by email after validation. SHARKNETIC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock conditions.

4. Payment

Payments are secure. Customers can pay for their order by credit card or any other method offered during the ordering process.

5. Responsibility

SHARKNETIC cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
